Casting the Seeds of Tomorrow

DutchCulture is saying goodbye to Maria Tuerlings, founding mother of DutchCulture and founder and director of TransArtists (1997-2012), by organising a symposium and a farewell reception.

During the symposium Casting the Seeds of Tomorrow, artists, writers, thinkers, residency organisers and others will reflect on the question How to create space for what is coming toward you? The symposium will be a mix of short talks, presentations and discussions, interrupted by three excursions in and around the Marine Area (Marineterrein). Due to limited capacity, the symposium is by invitation only.

After Casting the Seeds of Tomorrow, there is an open, fesitive reception for Maria. You're invited to join us in the Commandantswoning at the Marineterrein Amsterdam (Marine Area) and saying her goodbye from 17.30 to 19.30. Please send an email before 31 May to transartists@dutchculture.nl to let us know if you are joining us.
