Open call by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs for cultural cooperation Morocco 2023

In 2023, in the framework of the International Culture Policy, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs is launching an open call for cultural activities in Morocco. Cultural professionals and institutions in the Netherlands are invited to submit project proposals in the field of cultural cooperation. Some conditions the projects must meet:

• projects promote the rich cultural relations between Morocco and the Netherlands
• projects promote institutional collaborations and exchange of expertise in the cultural domain
• projects make culture accessible to young people
• projects take place in Morocco, or in Morocco and the Netherlands
• the project proposal is developed by at least one Moroccan and one Dutch partner
• all cultural disciplines are eligible, with priority given to design, digital culture, museum studies, performing arts, music, (im)material heritage, visual arts, literature and/or multidisciplinary projects
• the project proposal should be submitted at least eight weeks before the start of the project

Deadline
Projects can be submitted until 1 June at the latest and must have started by 1 November 2023.
