Fra Fra Sound at Quitutes e Batuques Festival

The Quitutes e Batuques project is an initiative by Instituto Plataforma Brasil aiming to promote cultural citizenship. The festival will take place from June 19 til July 2. The Amsterdam founded band Fra Fra Sound, playing music with Surinam, Caribbean, African and American influences will be performing during this event.

In short, the program includes:

June 19 – 25 – Vale de Paraiba

• Workshops during the week
• 1 show of Fra Fra Sound during the week in the region
• 1 show of Fra Fra Sound during the final party in the community on 25/06.

June 25 – July 2 – Baixada Santista

• Workshops during the week
• 1 show of Fra Fra Sound during the week in the region
• 1 show of Fra Fra Sound during the final party on in the community 02/06.
