The participating photographers are Mansi Thapliyal, Karthik Subramanian and Soham Gupta.

The representatives of the Delhi Photo Festival during the visitors programme are Tanvi Mishra and Iona Fergusson.

The Delhi Photo Festival is a young international biennial organised by the Nazar Foundation in Delhi since 2011. The two-week festival consists of exhibitions, symposiums, projections, a book fair and community events.

The biennial aims to draw more attention to the work of Indian photographers and give local photographers an opportunity to meet their international colleagues, among other things by organising workshops and master classes for young professionals. In doing so, the biennial hopes to stimulate talented young photographers to develop further and gain international experience.

The visitors programme is one of the activities DutchCulture is carrying out in 2016 in order to encourage a long-lasting exchange between Dutch and Indian partners.

Meet our guests on Friday 23 September during Fresh Focus on India at Unseen Photo Fair in Amsterdam. More information and sign up
