Embassy Culture Days going digital

The 2020-edition of the Embassy Culture Days will take place from 28 September to 2 October in a special format.
Monday 28 September 2020   to Friday 2 October 2020

The annual Embassy Culture Days is one of the most important events for Dutch embassy employees - keeping them up-to-date and inspiring them with new ideas. The 2020-edition of the Embassy Culture Days will take place 28 September - 2 October in a special form.

Due to the current situation, the Dutch embassy employees will not come over to the Netherlands but instead meet each other online. During four days they will exchange knowledge on a range of topics like heritage and funding, share best pratices on dealing with the impact of COVID-19, discuss the new International Cultural Policy 21-24 and inspire each other with ideas for the future. Unfortunately this means there will be no public session or network event. The sessions are closed. However, you can follow the hashtag #TKD2020 or keep an eye on our Twitter where we will provide updates.

We have high hopes that next year's edition will have the opportunity for the Dutch cultural field and embassy employees to meet each other in real life!

If you want to get in touch with a specific embassy, please contact our country advisors. They will be able to get you in contact with the right person at the embassy. Please refer to Rick Busscher in case of any other questions.

The Embassy Culture Days are organised by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (BZ), the Ministry of Education, Culture and Science (OCW) and DutchCulture.
