Call for proposals for Matra and Human Rights Programmes 2014

The Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands in Ankara and the Consulate General in Istanbul announce herewith a call for project proposals for its second round Matra and Human Rights Programme 2014.

The Matra programme aims to support Turkey’s EU accession through concrete and sustainable projects. The focus is on rule of law topics.

The Human Rights programme supports the further improvement of the human rights situation in Turkey. Within this program arts and culture can be used as a vehicle for dealing with these issues.

Of special interest are projects that not only involve civil society organizations, but also include the government, private sector actors (companies) and other stakeholders. Deadline for submission of project applications is 18 August 2014.
