Exhibition 'Viktor&Rolf: MetaFashion!' in Shenzhen, China 

Shenzhen’s Design Society debuts the first retrospective exhibition of the internationally renowned Dutch fashion artists Viktor&Rolf in Asia at its Sea World Culture and Arts Center. Titled Viktor&Rolf: MetaFashion!, the exhibition features nearly 80 sets of Viktor&Rolf's significant haute couture pieces, including the Spring/Summer 2015 collection inspired by Van Gogh paintings Van Gogh Girls; the Spring/Summer 2019 Haute Couture Collection Fashion Statements, which once caused a global wave of online imitation; Surreal Satin and Boulevard of Broken Dreams, which explore the concept of sustainable fashion creation.

The exhibition Viktor&Rolf: MetaFashion! (29 April - 8 Oct 2022) has gained kind support from the Consulate General of the Kingdom of the Netherlands in Guangzhou, to open the cultural programmes in celebrating the 50th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and the Netherlands. It is curated by Pooky Lee and designed by Nathalie Crinière in close collaboration with Viktor&Rolf.
