The Prince Claus Fund for Culture and Development was inaugurated on 6 September 1996. It was set up in appreciation to the field of international co-operation. The Fund is grounded in the belief that culture and development are mutually connected. The Fund has various programmes, Prince Claus Fund, Cultural Emergency Response programme is one of them.
