Creative Industries Fund NL: Open Call Residency Think Tanger 2027

The Creative Industries Fund is one of the 6 national cultural funds. It provides grants that contribute to promoting high-quality standards, development, and professionalisation of the contemporary creative industry in the Kingdom of the Netherlands.

The Stimuleringsfonds Creatieve Industrie offers one residency position at Think Tanger in Tanger, Morocco, from 3 May to 4 July 2027. The residency is intended to stimulate crossovers, experimentation and the exchange of perspectives, knowledge and ideas. Participants have the opportunity to conduct research, expand their professional network and develop new work in relation to Tanger's changing urban and cultural context. The residency focuses particularly on design, urbanism and the dynamics between social and spatial aspects. Participants are expected to engage with the local context and creatively investigate existing assumptions and societal issues. The residency includes accommodation, access to workspace and professional and practical support from Think Tanger. An Open Studio and one or two workshops or lectures are organised during the residency.
