FORMS Kick-off Meeting
On October 28 and 29 delegations of innovative museums wordwide will attend the kick-off meeting of FORMS - Future-oriented Museum Synergies in Amsterdam. The kick-off meeting exists of two days of exchanges with the aspiration to bond and build momentum into the future of the emerging community of innovative, future-oriented museums. The meeting is exclusive to the museums that are part of the community and will exist of two days of activities and talks in NEMO Science Museum and the building of THNK School of Creative Leadership.
This community exists of innovative, future-oriented museums that have an ongoing commitment to what it means to be a museum in the 21st century and to the role the museum institutions play within the complex and dynamic contemporary societies we live in. DutchCulture is one of the founding partners that brought the community into existence together with Instituto Humanize, IDG - Instituto de Desenvolvimento e Gestão and THNK - School of Creative Leadership.
The kick-off is organized by MOTI - the Museum of Tomorrow International. The aim of this foundation is to develop international cultural projects guided by the museum's values: sustainability and conviviality. More information on MOTI can be found at their website.
