Artist Maria Bemelmans works with sound as a form of communication, that touches the experiential world and evokes memory and emotion. Personal sound research conducted since 1993, of environmental relations between men, nature, architecture and sound of personally recorded “field recordings” of nature, cities, countries through observation and reflection.
