DutchCulture Database 2023 - Call for Information

Elk jaar vragen wij Nederlandse en in Nederland gevestigde kunstenaars, creatieven, culturele professionals en organisaties om hun internationale culturele activiteiten toe te voegen aan onze DutchCulture Database. Dit is een openbare database die internationale culturele activiteiten in kaart brengt en kunstenaars, organisaties en beleidsmakers belangrijke informatie verschaft over de internationale culturele impact van Nederland. Daarmee vormt het ook een essentiële bron voor internationaal cultuurbeleid.

Help ons met de mapping van 2023
Momenteel werken we aan de mapping van 2023. Heb jij of je organisatie vorig jaar deelgenomen of (mee)gewerkt aan culturele projecten, uitwisselingen of andere activiteiten in of met het buitenland, in welke vorm dan ook? Voeg deze dan heel eenvoudig toe aan onze database via je account in het MyDC Portal. Heb je nog geen account? Dan kun je die in een paar stappen aanmaken.

Je kunt de informatie ook doorgeven via dit Excel-formulier en mailen naar onze databasemedewerker Erin Chang. Op het tweede tabblad van het formulier vind je instructies over hoe je het moet invullen.

De deadline voor het doorgeven van activiteiten voor de mapping van 2023 is vrijdag 9 maart 2024. Wil je na deze datum nog activiteiten/projecten uit 2023 doorgeven? Neem dan contact op met Erin Chang voor de mogelijkheden.

Every year, we ask you, Dutch and Netherlands-based artists, creatives, cultural professionals and cultural organisations, to add your international cultural activities, projects and collaborations to the DutchCulture Database. This is a public database that maps international cultural activity and is a vital source for international cultural policy. With your help, we provide anyone in the cultural field and policymakers with information about Dutch international cultural impact.

Help us create the mapping of 2023
As part of our cultural database, each year we create an annual mapping that reviews the activities of Dutch artists and organisations across the globe. We are currently working on last year's mapping. Did you participate in any international activities, projects or collaborations in 2023? Please add them directly to our database through your MyDC account. Don't have an account yet? Create one in a few easy steps.

Alternatively, you can fill in the information in this Excel form and send it to our database officer Erin Chang. In the second tab of the form, you can find instructions on how to proceed.

To be included in last year's mapping, please provide your information about 2023 no later than Friday 9 March. Would you like to report any activities/projects from 2023 after this date? Please contact Erin Chang for the possibilities.
