Eddugrau in 'Skek

Brazilian artist Eddugrau will perform in 'Skek. Without his band, just Eddu and his guitar.

Born and raised in one of the largest favelas of Rio de Janeiro, this topic is key to his music but he goes far beyond the clichés of the favela (which are primarily associated with rap and funk). He plays MPB (musica popular brasileira); swinging, with a Brazilian twist, and an important story.

Earlier this year he came to Amsterdam for a music and debate night in De Balie in Amsterdam, as part of the Brasil Festival Amsterdam.
