The living legend Zulfu Livaneli is a phenomenon in many countries.

He is a singer, composer, songwriter, novelist, newspaper columnist and a film director.

His popularity is not limited to his musical and literary quality, also his social involvement is praised.

In 1986 he took the initiative to work with Mikis Theodorakis (Composer and Politician) to improve the relationship between Turkey and Greece.

Zulfu Livaneli received both in Turkey and worldwide many awards for his books, (some bestsellers have been translated into 24 languages) and for his own music as well as soundtrack albums.

Golden Record of the year Award, Balkan Literary Award, Golden Palm Award, Edison Award and in 1995 he has been chosen as the goodwill-ambassador of UNESCO because of his contribution of world peace.
