ICOM The Netherlands is the Dutch branch of the International Council of Museums. The council represents The Netherlands abroad, but furthermore advocates the international developments within the museum sector in The Netherlands. The council stimulates, coordinates and safeguards international networks and advocates international policy issues related to museums in The Netherlands. The council has various funds and gives grants for projects and publications.
