Mondriaan Fund appoints director

The Mondriaan Fund, the national fund for arts and cultural heritage that emerged from the merger between the Fund BKVB and the Mondriaan Foundation, has appointed a director.

On 1 July, Birgit Donker (1965) will take up the position of director of the new fund. Donker is currently an art reporter for NRC Handelsblad, after having led this national newspaper between 2006 and 2010 as chief editor.
