SICA 1999 - 2012

Since 1999, SICA has contributed to the implementation of the international cultural policy in the Netherlands, together with numerous cooperation partners.

As of 1 January 2013 SICA, Trans Artists and MEDIA Desk Netherlands form the new supporting organisation for international cultural policy.
