Anima Mundi International animation festival 2013
The 21st edition of the International Animation Festival of Brazil, Anima Mundi 2013, takes place in the two biggest Brazilian cities, Rio de Janeiro (from 2 to 11 August 2013) and São Paulo (from 14 to 18 August 2013), and travels through other Brazilian cities afterwards in its "on tour" version. The festival is held every year since 1993 and has become the second largest animation festival in the world.
Competitive and informative screenings present short and feature films of the most diverse genres, coming from all over the world. The Open Workshop brings instant and free animation workshops for the general public. The Animated Chat presents in person the greatest names of international animation. And the Anima Forum gathers the animation professionals for panels, lectures, workshops and business!
