International visitors: delegation of screenwriters (IND)
During Cinekid 2016, the sceenwriters will participate in the second part of their scriptlab. This three-part scriptlab is organised by National Film Development Corporation of India (NFDC) in cooperation with Cinekid.
With an aim to cultivate original Indian stories specifically for children and adolescents, the Children’s Screenwriters’ Lab will provide participants the opportunity to explore their stories through one-on-one and group sessions with international mentors. The three international mentors for Children’s Screenwriters’ Lab 2016 are Tijs van Marle, Jolein Laarman and Sytske Kok.
The final part of the scriptlab will take place in the days before Goa Filmbazaar and the participants will also get a chance to pitch their scripts to producers and investors in a specially designed session during Film Bazaar 2016.
DutchCulture supports the cooperation between NFDC and Cinekid through the New Cultural Horizon India programme. For more information about this programme, please contact Veysel Yuce at DutchCulture.
