Open Air Exhibition Cores Para a Ponte

As an artist Júlia dos Santos Baptista quickly gained recognition in Brazil as well as the Netherlands. Her work was shown on last year's 6 million Brazilian stamps for the 50th anniversary of the capital Brasilia, her native city. This year she exhibits as part of the Brasil Festival in outdoor gallery k2G - the Keizer Karel bridge of the A9 in Amstelveen. In her exhibited work she demonstrates her Favelas, Medusas and Cirandas, with their exuberant rhythm, movement, color and poetry, a pure spirit of Brazil with international allure. The opening of the exhibition is 1 October at 17:00hrs. Rsvp before 24 September!
