National Knowledge Institute for Culture Education and Amateur Art

Het Landelijk Kennisinstituut Cultuureducatie en Amateurkunst (LKCA) is a national platform for professionals in education, participation and policy. The LKCA is founded by a merger from Cultuurnetwerk and Kunstfactor. Het Rijk gave them three main tasks. Professionalising the educational function of the cultural sector; to fulfil the information- and network function of amateur art as well as culture education; to carry out research and monitoring these domains.
