In the coming months, I will be joining the DutchCulture team as Interim HR. At the start of my career, I am exploring where I gain energy and how I can best apply my skills. What truly drives me is contributing to a positive work environment where people feel seen, valued, and at ease.

At DutchCulture, I am responsible for daily HR tasks while also supporting a variety of HR projects. This allows me to gain broad experience, further develop my knowledge, and collaborate on topics that are important to both the people and the organisation.

In addition, I find it especially valuable to learn in an environment where different backgrounds and perspectives come together.
