Centres of expertise
Centres of expertise collect, produce and disseminate knowledge on specific topics and themes in the cultural field. They often operate in an international context. Some organisations can be visited for advice and information, by appointment or just by walking in. Others function primarily as an on line source of information.

Cultural educationCultuurnetwerk Nederland is the national expertise center for arts and cultural education. Cultuurnetwerk informs, advises and supports people and organisations working in arts and cultural education.
Cultural entrepreneurshipKunstenaars&Co is a Dutch non-profit organisation which stimulates and supports artists in raising their levels of professionalism and developing new areas of work.

Cultural policyBoekmanstichting is a study centre for arts, culture and related policy. It stimulates research and the development of opinion on the production, distribution and take-up of the arts and on national and international policy on the arts and culture.
ICTDigital Heritage Netherlands / DEN is the Dutch national ICT knowledge center for cultural heritage. DEN supports archives, museums and other heritage institutions to improve their digital strategies and services.
Mobility / International cultural collaborationLab for Culture works with and for artists, arts and culture organisations and networks, cultural professionals and audiences in the 50 countries of Europe, as well as providing a platform for cultural cooperation between Europe and the rest of the world.
Trans Artists is a knowledge centre on artist-in-residence opportunities, where you can find all about facts, use and value of international artist-in-residence programs as well as other opportunities for artists to stay and work elsewhere 'for art's sake'.
