Collaborate on advertising, product and fashion photography

Many Turkish photographers will tell you right away they do not make any money. Only exceptions can be found in advertising, product and fashion photography (including textile and clothes). A majority of the photographers, who specialize in other branches of photography, also work in advertising and product photography to finance their more creative work. Turkish fashion photographers work regularly with Turkish fashion houses for their catalogues and advertising campaigns. Koray Birand is also now photographing for various European fashion houses and magazines. Advertising media are vast in Turkey and their development is also encouraged by government regulations. For well known Dutch-Turkish photographer Ahmet Polat working in Istanbul offered access to global fashion photography jobs and networks.
