Cultural Contact Point

Cultural Contact Point

Cultural Contact Points have been established in the Member States of the European Union and in most of the other countries taking part in the EC Culture programme (2007-2013)

Tasks

Cultural Contact Points are responsible for promoting the programme, facilitating the participation of as many cultural professionals as possible, ensuring an exchange of information with national cultural institutions, maintaining contact between the participants in the various Community programmes and a link with the other sources of information on the various Community programmes.

Your European project partners can contact these offices for advice in their own language: an overview of all European Contact Points at the European Commission’s website.

CCP the Netherlands

CCP the Netherlands is part of SICA and offers tailor-made advice for organisations who want to apply for Culture programme and it organises information meetings about the programme, often in collaboration with Dutch sector institutes and umbrella organisations.

Weekly consultation hours
Each Thursday between 2 and 4 p.m., the Cultureel ContactPunt, together with the SICA Helpdesk, holds its consultation afternoon for people wishing to submit a subsidy application as part of the EU’s Culture Programme. Those with plans or ideas about European cultural cooperation can make an appointment for a 30-minute visit and will then hear comment on their proposals. Look in the agenda on this website for exact dates and the application form for registration. Applicants will hear the date and time of the visit later on.
