Dutch cultural institutions successful in Europe

This year, the European Culture Programme will support 20 projects in which Dutch cultural organizations are involved.

Five cooperation projects (with a maximum duration of 24 months) have a Dutch organizations as project leader: IT’s Festival, Het Lab in Utrecht, School der Poëzie, the international Gipsyfestival and the Allard Pierson Museum.

The Melkweg  in Amsterdam and Eurosonic Noorderslag in Groningen made it through the selection procedure with a multi-annual cooperation project (duration of 3 to 5 years). From this category only 10 projects are selected per year.

Kunstenaars & Co, recently merged into Cultuur-Ondernemen, is one of three organizations receiving European funds for analyses in cultural cooperation and policy development (strand 3.2).
