Are you preparing an application for the call European Cooperation Projects 2025, and considering working with Ukrainian partners? Within this recently published call, an emphasis is placed on cooperating with Ukrainian cultural and creative sectors. But how does this work in practice? And how do you find Ukrainian partners that match your project idea?

In this online info & matchmaking session, the Creative Europe desks of Ukraine and the Netherlands, with participation of other Creative Europe desks, will introduce you to Ukrainian organisations actively seeking partners for cooperation on the call. The programme consists of:

•    A short introduction on the COOP call
•    An introduction by Mykola Ulianov of Creative Europe Desk Ukraine on the importance of cooperating with Ukraine.
•    A conversation with Nina Röhlcke, of Kulturhuset Stadsteatern in Stockholm, COOP project leader of Triangle for Ukrainian Artists
•    A round of ten pitching sessions of Ukrainian organisations that are interested in joining COOP consortia
•    A break out room to connect with the ten Ukrainian pitching organisations, hosted by the Creative Europe desks of Germany, Flanders, Wallonia, Ukraine, Hungary, Luxembourg, Lithuania and the Netherlands.

Please note: this event does not concern Call for proposals: Support to the Ukrainian Cultural and Creative Sectors, which is a separate call.
