Dutch Design Awards in Istanbul

Istanbul Design Week is getting ready for the Old Galata Bridge!

The sixth edition of the Istanbul Design Week, awaited by the International Design World, will take place between 28th September – 02nd October 2011 at the Old Galata Bridge.

The exhibit of the Dutch Design Awards 2010 will be on show during Istanbul Design Week (IDW). From September 29 through to 2 October 2011 this venue will host the ‘best of the best’ of Dutch Design, as part of an international tour of the exhibit, showing design the winners and finalists of the DDA in 2010 among which also work of Rocco Verdult

The exhibit will be opened by Alderman of Eindhoven, Mary Ann Schreurs. The international tour of the exhibit is combined with a trade mission organised by Design Cooperation Brainport and the Chamber of Commerce Noord-Brabant, focussing on global themes as energy, water, gaming, health and design.
