Gezi Spirit - New Life

Gezi Spirit is going to be a musical performance with dance, poetry and film inspired by the peaceful, creative and humorous Gezi protests in Turkey. During the protests countless new songs were created and sung. Gezi Spirit consists of these special and home made songs.
 
Well-known jazz, classical and folk singers and musicians are going to share the stage with the audience. The boundary between the artists and the audience will fade: everyone can sing along with the chorus and can participate throughout the performance. This creates a very natural and intimate atmosphere just as it was during the Gezi protest.
