Lotz/Erel Duo meets Ann La Berge

A fresh collaboration between two contemporaries in improvisation andcomposition, merging influences from diverse musical and sonic backgrounds. Computer sounds and textures played with various controllers come together with a vast selection of flutes and playing techniques to create an energetic flow of spontaneous ideas. Lotz/Erel generate a sparse and elegant atmosphere of surprise and tension as they communicate throughtones, sounds, textures and noise. Performances as trio with Robert vanHeumen, Wolter Wierbos, Eric Boeren, Han Buhrs, Harald Austbo, Sevket Akinci. Istanbul based computer musician Korhan Erel and Holland based multi flutist Mark Alban Lotz recorded the CD 'Mark Lotz/Islak Köpek.'

On 4 October they will be giving a concert with Ann la Berge at Kulter.
