QUEEN'S DAY '13 / JESSICA MANUPUTTY

The Queen's day will this year celebrated together with Jessica Manuputty on the 30th of April in The Hall.

Jessica Manuputty has a way with combining vulnerability with vocal intensity, by hitting the right key right when you least expected it. Although her ancestry lies in the temperate South Moluccas, Jessica was born in the Netherlands and grew up on the countryside. When Jessica sings, her vocal presence is a present to her audience. Her many influencers vary from the finest of jazz like Ella Fitzgerald, to the respected Joni Mitchell and back to the popular Beyoncé Knowles. Akin to these extraordinary personalities, she has a soulful yet supple harmonic style. Her talent and determination have been her ultimate trigger to living her dream.
