2 Grant programs for social development

An example of grant programs for social development is:

The Social Development Grant Program by Sabanci Foundation was launched as Sabanci Foundation’s first nation-wide grant program in 2009. The Sabanci Foundation places particular emphasis on adding different 'lenses' to ensure a mainstreamed and integrated approach to the Foundation's work among the three target groups: women, youth and persons with disabilities.

3 Corporate-social responsibility resources

The youth and participatory projects are supported by some corporations whose target group is also young people. One example could be the collaboration of Mavi Jeans with TOG which included activities in many cities. One of the outputs of this collaboration was a photography exhibition called ‘Gençlik Halleri’, about different moods of young people in those cities. The phographer involved with the project was Ahmet Polat, the Dutch-Turkish photographer.
