The international visitors programme of DutchCulture is devised using the background and interests of the visitor as well as the interests of the Dutch cultural field as a starting point. The programme is composed in close co-operation with the visitor. Usually the programme is made up of a compact schedule of three to five working days.
This form consists of four pages and is used to get an insight into the objectives of your visit, as well as to obtain the necessary practical information for the purpose of booking your travel and flight. Required fields are marked with an asterisk.
Before any visit is confirmed, DutchCulture asks the Dutch Embassy or Consulate of the visitors' country for advice. The Dutch ministry of Foreign Affairs provides DutchCulture with a budget to cover the costs of visits. This is not always sufficient to cover all costs, so visitors are sometimes asked to commit to the visit by making a small financial contribution as well.
On the last form page we will ask you to attach a copy of your passport, Schengen visa (if applicable) and a recent photo.
