İstanbul Kültür ve Sanat Vakfı (Istanbul Foundation for Culture and Arts) is the most established cultural body in Istanbul, maybe in Turkey. It organizes more than six festivals each year and is very well-connected connected within and outside Turkey. It organized “the Turkish season in France” festival with great success in 2009.

İzmir Kültür Sanat ve Eğitim Vakfı (Izmir Foundation for Culture, Arts and Education) organizes festivals, workshops and holds the pulse of music alive in the city of Izmir. It has been around for 25 years and has been behind international organization both in Turkey and abroad.

Sevda-Cenap And Vakfı (Sevda-Cenap And Foundation) is a well-established organization that has its roots in 1940. The Sevda-Cenap Music Institution was founded in 1965 and the foundation in 1973. The aim of the foundation is to raise consciousness, and to promote and develop the international polyphonic music in Turkey. It organizes music festivals in Ankara as well as publishes music related books and giving out musical prizes in various categories.

Anadolu Kültür (Anatolia Culture) is a foundation established in 2002. Its activities hold the aim of reaching all corners of Turkey. They started out with events, workshops etc based in Diyarbakır. Today they reach more than 20 cities that range from Kars to Çanakkale.

Osman Kavala is the director of the administrative council.

Nebahat Akkoç is a member of the administrative council. She is especially known for her dedicated work on women in rural areas.

Meltem Aslan is the general coordinator.
