International promotion Dutch performing arts after 2012

By the end of this year, Theatre Institute the Netherlands (TIN) and Music Center the Netherlands (MCN) will disappear because of the culture budget cuts. Promotion Podiumkunsten (promotion performing arts) has taken over a number of tasks and staff of these institutions, including in the field of international promotion.

Under the label Dutch Performing Arts, the organisation Promotie Podiumkunsten represents Dutch theatre companies and performing artists abroad. The first projects have been launched with the approval of the Performing Arts Fund.
