On August 20 EUNIC will launch Changing Europe, Changing Arts during an expertmeeting (invitation only). In this series of four public sessions chaired by columnist-author Bas Heijne, EUNIC Netherlands will examine how cultural diversity is manifesting itself within today’s sector. The focus is especially on the grey area between the community arts and social arts on the one hand and high art on the other hand.
