EUNIC Netherlands is a network comprising European national cultural institutes and representations in the Netherlands. Internship overview
The intern will support the administration and visibility of the cluster's projects in the Netherlands. This role provides a unique opportunity to learn from and collaborate with European cultural institutes and the cultural departments of embassies, each with its cultural nuances and operational models. Interns will attend cluster board meetings and play a key role in managing and stimulating cultural collaborations and projects.
Profile
This internship is ideal for students residing in the ‘Randstad’ area who can commit to a 6-month period from February to July 2025. It is particularly suited for those studying European Studies, Cultural Studies, Project/Event Management, Communications, or Marketing.
Interns are expected to be present three days a week, with the possibility of remote work. Physical presence is required on specific dates for office visits and events. A stipend is available for this internship. Students from all cultural backgrounds are encouraged to apply. The primary language of the internship is English.

Responsibilities
Support Project Delivery
- Assist with the organization, marketing, and communication of cluster projects (e.g., European Literature Night, European Day of Languages).
- Participate in developing new projects and partnerships.
- Help create promotional materials and visibility tools for EUNIC.
- Encourage members and partners to submit content for the website and keep it updated.
- Respond to project-related inquiries from EUNIC members and partners.
- Create content for the website and newsletter.
Administrative and Communications Support
- Plan and organize monthly EUNIC NL cluster meetings.
- Prepare meeting agendas and send invitations to members.
- Distribute meeting reminders and minutes.
- Manage inquiries from members.
- Organize elections for cluster presidency.
- Maintain the members’ mailing list.
- Share relevant updates with EUNIC Global and other clusters.
- Assist in drafting reports and applications for new projects in collaboration with EUNIC members.
