Overview of Dutch cultural activities in Brazil

Offshore (Buitengaats in Dutch) provides a current overview of Dutch activities abroad like in Brazil, and is updated on a weekly basis. To compile Offshore, SICA (update 5 July 2013: now DutchCulture centre for international cooperation) works with a large group of informants, including the sector institutes, Dutch embassies and consulates, and a large number of cultural organisations.

Offshore shows where Dutch cultural organisations and artists are active, the countries they are travelling to and in which places they are working with whom. The database or archive can be used as an excellent starting
point for networking in or related to a specific country.
