Some amateur but renowned photography clubs and centers such as IFSAK and Fotoğrafevi in Istanbul, and ASFAD in Ankara are proposing more elaborated photography programs that move away from classical photography and placing the emphasis on technical aspects of photography. But except their willingness to spread the art of photography, most educational programs are not up to date and innovative, hence remain insufficient.
