Visitors Programme Shared Cultural Heritage

The International Visitors' Programme Heritage offers international heritage professionals the opportunity to acquaint themselves with the Dutch heritage field

As part of the International Visitors' Programme Heritage, international heritage professionals are given the opportunity to acquaint themselves with the working methods of the Dutch heritage sector. The most important aims of the programme are to deepen and improve international cultural collaboration. In addition, the programme contributes to professionalization by building up capacity, market enlargement and the construction of a durable network.

The programme is primarily intended for visitors from the shared heritage partner countries, but may also be used by visitors from other countries.

Each year at least 23 visitors are welcomed and facilitated for a visit of a maximum duration of one week. Typically, visitors are nominated by Dutch embassies in the shared heritage partner countries or relevant heritage organizations.
