Last year four particularly bright and inspired young people were chosen for the inaugural ADE Intern Program, which offered them the opportunity of a lifetime, working abroad with top music industry companies, gaining the sort of experiences that you can only have by being there. Maikel Koning spent three months living and working in India, working with the team behind the Sunburn Festival, one of India's most popular electronic music festivals, and Lobke Ruijs spent three months in Rio de Janeiro working with the production team of the Rio Music Conference. Ruijs and Koning will be joined by their ex-bosses to discuss the effects the Internship had on their professional lives, career prospects and their view of the world.
