Conference LKCA & Kunsten 92': Culture Works for Dutch Provinces

On February 14, Kunsten ' 92 and LKCA organise a conference on how the Dutch provinces can strengthen their cultural policy. During this day our DutchCulture college Frank Kimenai, together with the European Cultural Foundation, will tell you everything about the possibility of amplifying the provincial connection with Europe and their international cultural policy.
