International visitor: Silvia Finguerut (BRA)

Silvia Finguerut is an architect and currently projects coordinator at FGV Foundation (Fundação Getulio Vargas). FGV is a Brazilian think tank and higher education institution founded in 1944, dedicated to promoting Brazil’s economic and social development. In 2013, FGV was considered one of the top 25 think tanks in the world and top think tank in Central and South America.

This visit is taking place in the framework of our International Visitors' Programme. The aim of Mrs Finguerut's visit is to learn how the Netherlands brought its cities and institutions to the 21st Century while keeping their history and old buildings with several creative solutions.

FGV is one of partners of DutchCulture for intensifying the cultural cooperation between Brazil and the Netherlands.
