Network meeting in Amsterdam

Platform Chinese European Art Center (CEAC), SICA Dutch Centre for International Cultural Activities and Materiaalfonds voor Beeldende Kunst en Vormgeving invite you to a network get-together that will focus on the research and production options for visual artists and (fashion, product a.o) designers in South East China.

The aim of the evening is to stimulate opportunities for artists and designers, share dinner and drinks, meet friends and colleagues, deepen and encourage the cultural exchange and strengthen professional ties between China and the Netherlands.

Visiting guests from China are Ineke Gudmundsson and May Lee (CEAC), Sigurdur Gudmundsson, artist, and living and working in China and Kang You Teng, technical advisor and owner of KANGSI Art in Xiamen. They have over twelve years of experience in guiding artists through the process of researching and producing their art and design in China, and will be happy to share their expertise and network with you.

 If you have specific questions you can let us know beforehand. Send us an email and we will try to arrange the seating so that people with common interests are seated together.

Venue: Rijksakademie van Beeldende Kunsten Amsterdam
Entrance fee: 10 euro. This includes a meal and a drink.
