Official Closing Ceremony of Ano da Holanda no Brasil

Between 13 and 15 December there will be official closing ceremonies of the "Ano da Holanda no Brasil" (Dutch Year in Brazil), in Brasília, São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro. More detailed information follows.

About the Ano da Holanda no Brasil:

The year 2011 is a year of special importance for the relations between Brazil and the Netherlands: we are celebrating the 'Year of Holland in Brazil'.

We have good reason to do so: Brazil is an emerging world power, both politically and economically, and of growing importance to Holland. Holland is an important entry for Brazilian export to Europe, and is the second biggest investor in Brazil. The 2014 World Cup and the 2016 Olympic Games will give an extra stimulus to the development of Brazil.
