Rio Music Conference 2012

Rio Music Conference is the largest gathering of electronic music and entertainment in the Southern Hemisphere, born in 2009, when the market was fragmented and dispersed, and already moved 3 billion dollars per year. In only three years, RMC unified those fragments and became the Latin Americans’ center of convergence, with an outstanding organization and the accession of the main professionals of the industry.

In its second edition, in 2010, partnerships with other companies intensified and in 2011 RMC was consolidated: in addition to expanding the gatherings with 8 Road Shows in different cities in Brazil, it brought together more than 1 million delegates, drew 25 thousand visitors and moved 20 million Reais in businesses in the National Edition in Rio de Janeiro.

The 4th edition of RMC is even more grandiose. In 2012, the festival will take place consecutively after the business fair, now with a programming of 7 nights: 

• Business Fair: February, 14th, 15th and 16th, 2012
• Workshops: February, 14th, 15th and 16th, 2012
• Panels: February, 14th, 15th and 16th, 2012
• Presentations: February, 14th, 15th and 16th, 2012
• Live shows: February, 17th to 21st + 24th and 25th, 2012

Overall, RMC will have more than 60 attractions, including Dutch artists, being presented at 2 simultaneous stages; Copacabana Stage, with the greatest stars of dance floors from all around the world, and Ipanema Stage, with the main trends and avant-garde artists. All this with a great view of the Sugar Loaf mountain at the Marina da Glória, Guanabara Bay, one of the most beautiful locations in Rio de Janeiro.
