Visitor's talk: Tom Ruller (USA) on shared heritage

On Friday 23 June our guest Tom Ruller introduces us to his work as State Archivist at the New York State Archives.

In his talk, Tom Ruller will discuss the mission and vision of the New York State Archives. He will also elaborate on the challenges met in preserving and presenting the government records of the colony of New Netherland to the public, as well as the possibilities for future cooperation with Dutch partners.

Tom Ruller has over 30 years of working experience with cultural heritage organizations throughout New York State. Prior to his current position, Ruller served as Director of Operations for the Office of Cultural Education. For more information about Tom Ruller's visit click here.
