International Dance

In the Netherlands various groups focus on international dance. Mostly these groups are amateur dance groups or associations that dance for their own entertainment or as a way of physical exercise. There are also a few professional groups that specialize in International dance. There are groups that specialize in a country (Turkey) or in a style (Flamenco). Some of these specialized groups are formed by ethnic minorities who study the dance styles that come from their own cultural heritage and backgrounds.
