CulturalHeritage.cc Foundation (January 2000 - January 2018) was a non-profit organization.

OBJECTIVES
CulturalHeritage.cc Foundation was founded in 2000 to address the problems of collection inventory, documentation, and the development of a contextual data model: an 'inclusive' model enabling inventory and direct linking of mobile, immobile and intangible heritage metadata.

CulturalHeritage.cc Foundation's objectives were orchestrated by the Foundation through:

-Research and testing of existing applications by its professional partners rooted in the international museum community.

-Research in IT development by its professional IT partners and relations,

And executed by way of:

-Bringing together the IT specialists and cultural heritage professionals to develop and implement new standards, techniques and Terms of References.

-Distribute the extensively tested applications through the Internet, monitor feedback and dynamically upgrade the applications.

Issues were inventoried through surveys, and meetings between museum professionals and IT specialists.
