The Migration Museum preserves documents and interprets the cultural diversity of the people of South Australia. The museum collects objects, documents, costumes and textiles which represent South Australia's immigration and settlement history, and thier impact on South Australia's Indigenous peoples. The museum also copies photographs and video material and records oral histories that relate to that history. The Migration Museum has a small collection relating to the Dutch Immigrants and their descendants, including costumes and a banner donated by the Ladies Club Hollandia. The museum is keen to expand this collection and welcomes enquiries about potential donations.
